Part One is a unique floor session intending to create a functional awareness of energy flow in the body with breath-work, meditation, visualization, and energy- work. Components include:

Balancing the energy field by surrounding the body with natural and ambient sounds from acoustic instruments. Resonating and opening the energy centers known as the chakras with voice toning & the harmonium, using specific notes, vowels, and "bija" seed sounds.
Energizing the organs of the body with specific Chi- gong exercises.

Part Two is a table session intending to create a synthesis of energy and vibration with a synergy of breath-work, sound, and color. Components include:
Harmonizing the chakras with Tibetan and crystal singing bowls and tuning forks.
Clearing the energy field with gongs, the monochord table, color lights, atomized sprays, andAligning the chakras with the custom tuned brass alignment tubes.
