EXPRESSIVE and HEALING Arts Virtual Program

Our virtual program began in May of 2020 when we were all navigating how to create an engaging program online. It has since evolved into a program that some of our Participants will not go a day without. Online program is Monday through Friday and is guided by our amazing staff. Each day, groups will practice writing skills, math, money management, communication and self advocacy skills.

Participants also meet with an instructor who will lead a class each day. Classes include Music and Movement, Yoga and Meditation, Karaoke and Movie Fridays. We have seen positive improvements and engagement from our Participants and we plan on continuing virtual program until everyone is comfortable attending in-person program again.

Soundformation is committed to advocacy, and the concept and process of providing opportunities for individuals with Developmental Disabilities to have therapeutic expression. We provide innovative Therapeutic Art, Music, and Drama services.

Christo has worked over 30 years as a social worker and over 12 years as an expressive therapist. Through the MI STAR Program, a non profit 501-c3 Arts Integration Advocacy organization, we created musical theatre, art, and live performances with:

“The POSSIBLE DREAM PLAYERS”, a unique and dynamic Theatre Arts Troupe. PDP produces community based theatrical productions.
