The Gems of Excellence™ self-healing techniques created by Dorothy Wood Espiau are a unique and powerful method of stress reduction and clearing of interference patterns in your subtle bodies. We use a system of measuring stress called muscle testing. Research has shown that the brain registers its stress to the muscles of the body. Memories and emotions can stay trapped in the muscles, which can result in illness if left untreated. The muscles give biofeedback for measuring stress in the body. The Gems of Excellence™ techniques emphasize the importance of taking responsibility for self and for making corrections in the order of priority.
